Check out a copy of Horse at either library. Read the book in 6 sections (1 section per month), answer the first set of discussion questions this month, and write reviews for entries into a drawing for a gift card to Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens. See “Stay Tuned…” for the two discussion questions you can answer at the library or via email for an entry into the drawing. Join me for Story Time on Tuesday mornings from 10:30-11am. Listen to a story, sing some songs, enjoy some felt board fun, and participate in a craft. Stuffies usually make an appearance! If you have thought about writing your memoir, join Lorraine Lindstedt at the Memoir Writing Workshop via Zoom from 6:30-8:30pm on Wednesday, April 10. This group meets on the second Wednesday of the month usually via Zoom. Are you a crafting enthusiast? Join us for our Crafters Group on Sunday, April 7 and Sunday, April 21 from 1-3pm. It’s the perfect opportunity to connect, share ideas, and work on a craft project. This group is drop-in and meets the first and third Sunday of every month. If you would like to craft at another day and time other than Sunday, join me for “Bring-your-own-craft” night on Thursday, April 18 from 6:30-7:30pm. “Bring-your-own-craft” night is a monthly program on the third Thursday of the month. Try a challenge or free build during Lego Club on Sunday, April 14 and Sunday, April 28. All ages are welcome. This group is drop-in and meets the second and fourth Sunday of every month. | Upcoming Events Join Caroline for a story, songs, felt board, and a craft. Wednesday, April 10, 2024 6:30-8:30pm Attend one or more workshops as desired. No experience needed. Spelling doesn’t count. No obligation to share unless you want to. *NOTE: This is now “Bring-Your-Own Craft” Night. The program this month is Thursday, April 18. Bring whatever project you are working on to enjoy crafting with others. This program is on the third Thursday of each month. | ||
This month, Crafter’s Group is on April 7 and March 21. This group is for all ages, and drop-ins are welcome. LEGO Club LEGO Club meets the second and fourth Sunday of every month from 1-3pm. This month, LEGO Club is on April 14 and April 28. Drop-ins are welcome. Take one of our LEGO challenges, make a design from “The LEGO Ideas Book,” or create your own design. All LEGO creations stay at the library so there will be plenty of bricks for the next event. Caroline will display any creations on the windowsill next to the makerspace table until the next event.
